I am a fan of Charles Dickens. Have read many books , mostly when I was in 9th , in abridged form :) .. Count of montecristo.. No book yet born to defeat it. I read abridged version though. 3 musketeers is also very good.

Anna Karenina enikku ishtappettilla.. In fact most of Tolstoy's i did not like.
But I like most of other Russian books.. Raduga used to do a great work of translating them to Malayalam. Fall of USSR was a great loss.. Now i cant get Russian books .

    My favorites from russian

    Kadalorathu Oru Balan
    Albhuthamanushayan (peru sheriyayirkkanammennilla)
    Pithakkalum Puthranmaarum (Thurganeev)

Now palnning to read Lolita. It is there in pdf format in my laptop. Ithu vare samayam kittiyilla. Was it russian

    Other classics -
    Robin Hood
    RL Stevenson's Treasure Island
Pinne there was a book with similar name (Coral Island ennno matto ) -- it was a nobel winner. from the 50's
