The Seagate Wireless Plus is a 1TB drive with a built-in Wi-Fi adapter. The external drive will also have a battery component which promises a 10-hour battery life so that you can use the Seagate Wireless Plus drive without connecting it to any power source. Seagate Wireless Plus mobile device storage is accessed through the mobile Seagate Media app for Apple iOS, Android and Kindle Fire HD devices. Additionally, you can use Wireless Plus to enjoy video, photos, music and even documents on the big screen via Apple Airplay, DLNA or an app designed specifically for Samsung Smart TVs and Blu-ray players.
A new feature on the Seagate Wireless Plus is the option to save content and files wirelessly on the drive using the Seagate Media app. So you can capture an HD video on your smartphone and if you do not want it occupying precious space on your phone, then you can wirelessly upload it to the Seagate Wireless Plus drive.

Hewlett-Packard India launches business tablet HP ElitePad 900
PC major Hewlett-Packard today launched in India its business tablet priced at Rs 43,500 that is powered by latest processors for faster computing.
"HP ElitePad 900 is an ultra-thin, lightweight tablet designed for Windows 8. It is the device that can help the enterprise workforce to be more productive while ensuring security aspects," said Sunish Raghavan, Head, HP India, Printing and Personal Systems Group (Commercial PC Category).
Powered by next generation Intel mobile processors, the HP Elitepad delivers PC productivity for those on the go and Intel x86 compatibility for existing business application support, Raghavan said.
He said productivity-enhancing ecosystem of the optional HP Smart Jackets and additional accessories designed specifically for HP ElitePad expand the tablet's potential.
The HP ElitePad Jacket includes an integrated keyboard, connectivity ports, SD card reader and adjustable viewing angles, he added.
Weighing 0.63 kg, the HP ElitePad offers a 10.1 inch diagonal display, measuring at 9.2 mm and is available at a starting price of approximately Rs 43,500.
HP ElitePad has 1080p front-facing video camera and 8 megapixel (MP) rear camera with an Led flash and also includes CyberLink YouCam software. It is optimised for Windows 8 and supports touch-and pen-input.
The HP ElitePad uses CNC-machined aluminium and Corning Gorilla Glass 2, he added.

Entry-level Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo expected in May
Samsung may be planning to launch a new budget Android smartphone in May which will be sold in both single-SIM and dual-SIM variants. According to Sam Mobile, the phone will feature a 3-inch display with a resolution of 320x240 pixels and a 2MP primary camera. The Pocket Neo will be quite compact with dimensions of 104.95 x 57.8 x 11.8 mm and in spite of its budget price-tag, will support all popular connectivity options such as Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and A-GPS. Samsung is expected to launch the phone in silver colour, although more colours could be launched later.
