No sun pictures, No red giant, No cloud nine movies, No media support and there were 'N' number of obstacles against the movie. Rising against all these odds, Thalapathy single handedly released the movie and has satisfied everyone


These were the lines i found in most of the reviews in websites....when i saw the movie i felt it was true...





Story same as of BG….i felt first 20 minutes a bit lagging..Then picks up steadily !

Once again Siddique became the savior of Vijay. He had corrected the mistakes in BG and presented in a neat way…. He made the screenplay more interesting!With right mix of Romance,Emotion and comedy he made this movie 4 all audience




Vijay as Bhoominathan rocked….He had done 100% justice to his role…He handled the Romantic scenes in a perfect manner…..and also in emotional scenes,he scored well !
Vijay has proved the critics by delivering a near perfect performance!
He proved that he is not only a entertainer but also a performer.
Finally he had come out of Image trap…

Kaavalan did exactly what everyone was looking for from vijay..his acting skills, his innocence, and vijay looked damn smart and handsome.

Asin made her role very well...Once again Vijay-asin chemistry worked in screens.
Garden scenes were simply superb.


All the supporting roles had delivered a descent performance..


A comeback movie for Vijay in all terms....

Hats off to Ilayathalapathy Vijay. ......Not only for giving a good film but also for the guts to oppose the whole mighty SUN network and for making sure the film got released on Pongal itself...
