മമ്മൂട്ടിയും ലാലും സഹോദരന്മാരായി വേഷമിടുന്ന 'കോബ്ര'യില്* കനിഹയും ലക്ഷ്മി റായിയും നായികമാരാകും. നവംബര്* അവസാനം ചാലക്കുടിയില്* ഷൂട്ടിങ് തുടങ്ങുന്ന ചിത്രത്തില്* രാജയായി മമ്മൂട്ടിക്കും കരിയായി ലാലിനും തുല്യപ്രാധാന്യമുള്ള വേഷമാണ്. ഇതില്* മമ്മൂട്ടിയുടെ നായിക കനിഹയും ലാലിന്റെ ജോഡിയായി ലക്ഷ്മി റായിയും വേഷമിടും. കോ ബ്രദേഴ്*സ് എന്നതിന്റെ ചുരുക്കപ്പേരായാണ് കോബ്ര എന്ന പേരിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്.


ഇത് മൂന്നാം തവണയാണ് കനിഹ മമ്മൂട്ടിയുടെ നായികയാകുന്നത്. പഴശ്ശിരാജയിലും, ദ്രോണയിലും കനിഹ മമ്മൂട്ടിയുടെ ജോഡിയായിരുന്നു. മമ്മൂട്ടിയുടെ പ്ലേഹൗസും ലാലിന്റെ സ്വന്തം ലാല്* മീഡിയയും സംയുക്തമായി നിര്*മ്മിക്കുന്ന ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ കഥ, തിരക്കഥ, സംഭാഷണം, സംവിധാനം എന്നിവയും ലാല്* തന്നെയാണ് കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

ഇന്നസെന്റ്, സലിംകുമാര്*, ഇന്നസെന്റ് ഹരീശ്രീ അശോകന്* തുടങ്ങിയ താരനിരയും ചിത്രത്തിലുണ്ട്. ഹ്യൂമര്* പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില്* പുരോഗമിക്കുന്ന സിനിമ പിന്നീട് ഒരു ത്രില്ലറായി പരിണമിക്കുകയാണ്. ഛായാഗ്രഹണം വേണു.
