Grand Master - Mumbai review

Status: Poor (Around 20 people)...Not sure why film is not been promoted properly over here....

After reading good reviews from FK I went for GM...

Story: As posted by many...Investigation thriller...Not sure why i had a feeling of 'Masters' while watching the movie through out...

Direction and Screenplay: Unni Krishnan is of old school like K Madhu...Straight forward narration...Narration didn't bored me...but nothing exceptional too....Initial scenes were bit of dragging...

Performance: Lalettan all the way...Through out the movie he followed the same behavior pattern with elan without any fuss...

Rest of the casts ably support him...Babu Antony's get up was good...not his acting...For me Babu Antony's best is still Vaishali...Narain and Jagathy don't have much to do...Priya mani was okay...She had only one emotion through out the movie...She should learn from Lalettan or take some tips atleast....Roma look good...Mitra okie dokie...

I don't know why from the beginning itself i had the intuition of Killer and it turned out to be true...It was bit disappointing for me..


Response: 20 peril ninnu enthu response...for me it was an okay thriller...

Verdict: Not sure how people are going to take up this movie....Masters was disaster....GM is also in same pattern...


Valkashnam: What ever be the BO response I was happy to see Lalettan in a good role. For an Average Keralite like me; who grows up watching Mammokka and Lalettan's performances; what else will be a good gift rather than their good performances in the movie...
