Nadodi Mannan : An utter crap movie of Dileep
in recent times.

After the super hit political thriller movie 'Lion',
Dileep is back with another political thriller
'Nadodi Mannan' where he dons the role of a
Mayor. But sadly, this flick was highly
disappointing one.

Synopsis : Padmanabhan is a village youth who
does not have a particular inclination towards
any political party and joins any protest being
held. He earns a living by participating in
demonstrations for various political parties. He
then reaches the city and due to some
situations, he gets elected as the Mayor. His
conflicts and attempts to cleanse the city form
the rest of the story.

In the technical side, Direction by Viji Thampy
was outdated. The continuity of the scenes was
also not maintained properly. Its high time for
him to quit this job of film making. He failed to
create an entertaining mood for the viewers.
Script was the biggest negative side of the
movie. A sub standard script from Krishna
Poojapura. Some scenes in the 2nd half will
remind us on the movie 'Lion', but those scenes
in this movie doesn't made any impact on the
viewers. Around 2 or 3 comedies were fine. Rest
all were poor comedies. Even Uday - Sibi script
is far better than this crap. Cinematography was
below average. Bgm and music also failed
miserably. Movie duration (160mins) could have
been reduced by avoiding some unwanted
scenes. In short, Techinical side failed
completely.

In the performance side, Dileep played his role
in a convincing manner. But his appearance was
some what annoying at some scenes, since some
portion of this movie was shot during the time
of Mayamohini shooting. Three actresses are
there in the movie which includes Ananya,
Archana Kavi, and Mythili. Mythili doesn't had
any importance. Archana Kavi and Ananya
performed their roles in a decent way. Rest cast
includes Salim Kumar, Nedumudi Venu, Suraj,
Vijayaraghavan, Kolapulli Leela etc.

Overall, Nadodi Mannan was an Utter crap
movie by all means. Not at all a recommendable
movie. Thumbs down for this flick.
