#IyobintePusthakam is a Visual Treat. Each frames of the movie is a picture you will like for its scenic beauty or its perfection. The beauty of wagamon/munnar is captured in the amazing DOP of #AmalNeerad! He is a master in doing so again and again. All his movies are technically excellent. #Lal as #Iyobe aka Job and #Fahad as #Aloshy were superb in their roles.

Story is narrated in the form of a flashback. #TGRavi narrates Iyobe's story and types #IyobintePusthakam. Iyobe's story starts from 1900 in Munnar when british started tea cultivation at Munnar hills. Iyobe started as a servant of Harrison plantation owner end up becoming the owner, after the untimely death of his master. Iyobe had 3 kids and Aloshy(Fahad) was the youngest. Aloshy elopped at a very small age, after his mother's death, when he saw his brothers killed and hanged their maid. Afterk around two decades, he returned back to see his lover martha..... but his brothers were not happy in his return. There goes the story....
Buildup in the first half was very good but the second half felt ordinary as far as story is concerned and felt lagging. Songs were dissapointing, especially the Amala Paul dance!

Defnitely a one time watchable for the visual treat it provides. Cinematagrophy is top notch
