DRISHYAM Hindi Starring Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran

Bollywood directors seem to be much inspired by the Southern blockbusters and the latest Mollywood film to add to the list of Hindi remake is none other than Mohanlal's blockbuster film Drishyam. Directed by Jeethu Joseph, the film set the cash registers ringing at the box office.

Ajay Devgn will be seen in the Hindi remake of Drishaym

And, for the Hindi remake Ajay Devgn will step into the shoes of Malayalam superstar Mohanlal.
The original film's director Jeethu Joseph confirmed the news and announced the same at IFFI. Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar were some other names that were doing the rounds for playing the lead role. But, the Hindi remake will see Ajay as the lead actor.
Drishyam is already remade in Tamil with Kamal Haasan as the main lead and the film is slated to be released in 2015.
