@Ranjithfan -- U r perfectly right!!! When they are abroad, we only think about ourselves and not about the pain they are putting for us!!!

Reg Stereotyping, its in a different angle for those who has pravasi relatives - it invokes lots of memories for them. I have not seen any 'petti pottikkal scene' like this in any other films. I have not seen the potrayal of the friend circle pravasi has, in any other film. Many many to count...Only stereotyping I felt was the person whom narayanan helps becomes rich and gifts him back - but that too portrayed in a controlled manner!!!
