For Chelsea , Man Utd , Arsenal & Spurs to reach the level of Liverpool & City ...is really difficult ( not impossible ) ...they are strengthening too
I think the title fight will be between Liverpool & City again....Klopp - 1 , Pep - 2..
The rest can fight for Champions League places
That is 'some' bold prediction , don't think Leicester to be in Top 4 ...may be Arsenal or United

Joe Bryan's Extra Time Heroics Send Fulham Back to Premier League
Fulham is headed back to the Premier League, and it's doing so after an outrageous goal in extra time and then another for good measure from Joe Bryan.
Bryan's long-range free kick caught Brentford by surprise in the 105th minute before he scored again in the 117th of a 2-1 triumph, which sends the Cottagers back to the top flight and denied Brentford what would have been its first place in the top division in 73 years.
For the opener Bryan lined up for a free kick some 40 yards out, appearing to survey his options for what looked to be a ball he'd serve to a teammate. Instead, he put his chance on frame, and Brentford goalkeeper David Raya was slow to react, watching the ball bounce into the back of the net to break a deadlock.
That's a costly mistake to make: according to the Associated Press, Brentford stood to make up to $345 million over five years if it were promoted and survived a season in the Premier League. Regardless, Brentford stood to make at least $208 million due to shared broadcast revenues and subsequent parachute payments.
Bryan, who had one goal all season prior to Tuesday's performance at Wembley (scored in September, no less), secured the victory with another sensational effort, this one a bit more traditional to give Fulham its 2-0 lead.
Brentford scored a consolation goal at the death from Henrik Dalsgaard, but it was too little, too late.
For Fulham, the win secures its return to the top flight a season after being relegated and is worth $176 million, a figure lower than what Brentford would have earned due to parachute payments it's still receiving for being promoted for the 2018-19 season only to be instantly relegated.
The return to the Premier League comes with American ties, with veteran U.S. defender Tim Ream a core part of Fulham's defense. He's under contract with the club through 2021. Fulham, of course, has a big American connection, with Brian McBride, Clint Dempsey, Carlos Bocanegra, Eddie Lewis, Marcus Hahnemann, Kasey Keller and Eddie Johnson spending time with the club and the likes of Emerson Hyndman and Luca de la Torre coming through its academy. De la Torre, a 22-year-old San Diego native, hardly featured for the first team this season and is out of contract.
Fulham joins Leeds United and West Brom in going up, taking the place of Norwich City, Watford and Bournemouth in the Premier League.
Fulham triumph in world's most lucrative football match, worth a possible $346 million
Joe Bryan's two extra-time goals secured Fulham a 2-1 victory against Brentford and a place in the English Premier League in what's been dubbed the world's most valuable football match in Tuesday's Championship play-off final.
Bryan set Fulham on the way to victory with an audacious free kick that caught Brentford goalkeeper David Raya out of position.
The Fulham defender then combined cleverly with substitute Aleksandar Mitrovic before beating Raya for a second time.
In the fourth minute of stoppage time Henrik Dalsgaard's header made it 2-1, but almost immediately the final whistle was blown.
According to analysis from Deloitte, Fulham's promotion could earn the club an additional $176 million (135 million) across the next three seasons.
And if Fulham avoids relegation in its first season in the Premier League, the club stands to make an additional $346 million of revenue over the next five years, predominantly through broadcast deals.
"Given the recent impact of Covid-19, it is likely that the financial impact of promotion will be better received than ever before. The increased revenue provides these clubs with the platform from which they can develop on and off the pitch," said Tim Bridge, director in Deloitte's Sports Business Group.
"Promotion to the Premier League provides clubs with the financial resources to make strategic investments. While this typically includes increased expenditure in on-pitch playing talent, it still remains important that promoted clubs are committed to their longer-term financial responsibility."

Eyes on the prize
In a tightly contested game, Fulham were deserved winners, controlling much of the game and having the better chances as defeat for Brentford condemned the club to a ninth unsuccessful play-off campaign.
Relegated from the Premier League in 2019, Fulham is owned by business tycoon Shahid Khan -- who also owns NFL franchise Jacksonville Jaguars.
"I'm not the hero, every single one of them, fans and people around us who has been with us all season is," Bryan told Sky Sports.
"We've been written off five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10 times. We took it to them, we scored twice, they made it hard for us but they're a good team and they've been playing really well.
"I can't believe we made it straight back up."
