Puzhu - Mammotty nailed it in a strictly below average movie

Mammotty a widower staying in an apartment with his son and him being a strict disciplinarian father. The story begins with some new occupants in his nearby apartment.


From the beginning till end the movie moves on a very dull note with certain scenes being repeatedly shown like father and son brushing teeth etc.

Whether his character was normal in the beginning and he changed due to circumstances is another question.


Regarding Parvathy her role is a big let down. Expected more from an actress who claims to do only performance oriented roles like Uyare and Take off. Her role looks more like a TV serial housewife whose job is only to serve her husband . Any one could have been cast in this role. Looks like she did this to please Ikka fans after Kasaba issue.
