My point is not about the money, but about the contract. Whether verbal or written, contract shouldn't be breached.
When we hire somebody to do a work it is implied that the finished work will belong to us completely once we pay his remuneration.
If the composer can still retain the right, why not an architect ?? What if tomorrow the architect says you cannot do modification to your house, because I too have a right in this house ?? The whole system will break down.
